Financial Data: Payment details are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Social Data: Music platform handles (Spotify/Apple Music) provided by you for profile synchronization.
Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, login data, and device information.

To provide our full range of services, Effingham requires access to specific device features:

Camera: Used strictly for capturing a profile picture for your Collective ID.
Photo Gallery: Used strictly for selecting and uploading a profile picture.

Images uploaded are stored securely and are subject to review to maintain community standards.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

To register you as a new collector.
To process and deliver your orders (marketplace transactions).
To manage our relationship with you.
To enable you to participate in "The Green Room" and other interactive features.
